Overview
Team Members lets you invite other people to access your merchant dashboard. Each team member gets their own login credentials and can be assigned a specific role that controls what they can see and do.
This is useful for giving access to your accountant, developer, or support staff without sharing your owner credentials.
Team members log in with their own email and password. They do not need to have their own merchant account.
Roles
Each team member is assigned one of three roles:

| Owner | Full access to all features, including team management, merchant settings, and API keys |
| Admin | All Viewer permissions, plus create and edit payment links, products, and invoices |
| Viewer | Read-only access to transactions, payouts, and dashboard |
There can only be one Owner per merchant account. The Owner role cannot be changed or transferred.
Inviting a Team Member
Navigate to Team
Go to Team in the sidebar menu under Management.
Click Invite Member
Click the Invite Member button in the top right corner.
Enter Details
Enter the team member’s email address and select their role (Admin or Viewer).
Send Invitation
Click Invite Member to send the invitation email. The invited person will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
Accepting an Invitation
When someone receives an invitation email, they click the Accept Invitation button in the email. The flow depends on whether they already have an account:
- Existing account — Log in with their credentials, then click Accept on the invitation page
- New user — Click “Create Your Account” to register, then they are automatically logged in
If you are logged in as a different user when you click the invitation link, you will be prompted to sign out and log in with the correct account.
Switching Between Merchants
If a team member has access to multiple merchant accounts, they can switch between them using the merchant switcher in the top left corner of the sidebar.
Clicking the merchant name opens a dropdown showing all accessible merchants. Select a merchant to switch — the dashboard will reload with that merchant’s data.
Managing Team Members
Changing Roles
Only the Owner can change team member roles. From the Team page, use the role dropdown next to a member’s name to change their role.
Removing Members
Only the Owner can remove team members. Click Remove next to a member’s name and confirm the action. The removed member will no longer be able to access the merchant account.
Cancelling Invitations
Pending invitations can be cancelled from the Team page by clicking Cancel Invitation. The invitation link will no longer work.
Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invitation expires, you can send a new one.
